GEN Law Firm Welcomes Commercial Dispute Resolution Partner Charles Zhao and Intellectual Property Partner James Ma

GEN Law Firm is delighted to announce the arrival of the new partners Charles Zhao and James Ma.  Charles is based in Shanghai office and James will be based in Beijing and Shenzhen.

Charles focuses his practice on dispute resolution and corporate law, and also has extensive experience in serving high net worth individuals and families in wealth management matters. Prior to joining GEN, Charles practiced at a leading law firm and handled numerous major cross-border disputes.

James has been advising on IP protection and enforcement for two decades and has considerable expertise in IP litigation matters. He has outstanding track record in enforcing patents, trade secret, trademark, copyright in pharmaceutical, chemical materials, medical devices, semiconductors, telecommunication fields. He obtained preliminary injunctions in major pharmaceutical patent dispute not long ago and recently secured a big success in a trade secret case. Prior to joining GEN, James was a partner at a leading law firm and worked for major international law firm for years.
