Lily Xue Dong focuses her practice on copyright, trademarks, unfair competition, and entertainment law, advising clients across the sports and entertainment, internet, consumer products, and technology sectors.
On the contentious side, she is recognized for her ability to handle highly complex intellectual property and unfair competition disputes, with significant experience in trademark and copyright infringement, online grey-market enforcement, unfair competition claims, defamation, and commercial contract disputes. She has served as lead counsel on numerous landmark cases in these areas.
On the transactional and advisory side, Lily Xue Dong leverages her litigation perspective and cross-border experience to advise domestic and international clients on deal negotiations, contract review, regulatory compliance, and the design and implementation of IP protection frameworks.
