Professional Profile

Mr Li is a Senior Consultant with GEN Law Firm. He gives general advice to clients on U.S. law, China investment and other cross-border matters. Mr Li also assists individuals and non-profit organizations in formulating policy and legislative recommendations. He has previously worked at large international law firms and as in-house counsel with multinational enterprises. In addition, he served on the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Advisory Group on the Modernization of Corporate Insolvency Law.


Mr Li is a Fellow and Council Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Directors, sitting on several standing committees. He also represented the Institute in the Policy Committee of the Global Network of Director Institutes (GNDI). He is also a Founding Member of The Hong Kong-Korea Business Council, and has also been appointed to the Mainland and Taiwan Affairs Committee of The Hong Kong Chinese General Chamber of Commerce.
