On October 29, 2023, He Jing, partner at GEN Law Firm, delivered a speech at the 2nd Conference of the Global Economic Development and Security Forum of the Boao Forum for Asia (BFA). The conference, titled "Sustainable Development and Risk Management in the AIGC Era," was held in Changsha, the capital city of central China's Hunan Province.
