James Ma and He Jing, partners from the GEN Law Firm, recently contributed an article titled "How China Deals with Trade Secrets Protection" for the first issue of this year's Juriste International magazine, published by the International Association of Lawyers (UIA). This article highlights the key features in China's latest development in trade secret protection, with a summary of best practice.

The UIA, founded in Paris in 1927, is one of the earliest international legal organizations in the world. With a global influence, the organization uses English, French, and Spanish as its official languages. UIA interacts with lawyers and legal professionals from over 100 countries through its quarterly publication, Juriste International.

The magazine, published every four months, covers legal practices and theoretical articles from various cultural backgrounds. It is dedicated to facilitating exchanges between lawyers, bar associations, and regions with different judicial systems and cultural backgrounds, providing a platform for legal professionals to communicate and learn.
